The career of Isabel Vallejo<\/strong><\/span>, founding partner of Capleg Abogados<\/span><\/strong>, has evolved for 17 years in prestigious law firms, as well as in multinational companies.<\/p>\n

Her professional path has provided her with a broad experience in business investment transactions, venture capital, restructuring and international trade<\/strong><\/span>. The variety of clients, industries and countries to which she has provided legal advice, directly reporting to the partners and management bodies, has granted her a 360\u00ba vision on the legal solutions that turn out to be more suitable and effective in each context.<\/p>\n

Holding a Law Degree from the University of Deusto, and after obtaining a master in tax law and a grade in accountancy, Isabel worked for 12 years as senior associate of leading firms in Bilbao and Madrid for local and international clients. During this period, she took part in more than 100 M&A projects for industrial, services and venture capital clients<\/strong><\/span>, in medium and large investments. Alongside her deal practice, she developed a special interest for international trade, distribution of products and the rules of competition<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The closeness and full commitment that she always kept with her clients, her specialization and her fluency in various languages, led Isabel to channel her career towards in-house legal practice<\/strong><\/span>. Located in Luxembourg, for 5 years she advised industrial groups in Europe, Asia and Middle East, with direct presence in the different plants and regions, in tight cooperation with the technical, commercial and administrative teams of each country. Throughout this period, she participated in the restructuring, investing and funding of diverse business lines, through joint ventures with third parties and via acquisition or greenfield incorporation of industrial plants, she negotiated and handled the global supply of raw materials and the distribution of products, and was likewise involved in the implementation of corporate policies (antitrust, anticorruption, sanctions, boycotts, patent protection and marketing).<\/p>\n
